Improve Your Approval Chances
Practical advice from our loan consultants to help you get sanctioned faster.
Prepare a Strong DPR
A well-researched Detailed Project Report with realistic projections is the single biggest factor in bank approval. Include market study, cost estimates and cash flow.
Fix Your Credit Score
Check your CIBIL score before applying. Clear any overdue EMIs, close unused credit cards and avoid multiple loan enquiries in a short span.
Keep Documents Ready
Identity, address, caste, income, project site and machinery quotations — organised in a folder. Missing papers are the top reason for delays.
Understand Moratorium Impact
A longer moratorium eases early cash flow but increases total interest. Use the calculator to compare 6, 12 and 18-month scenarios.
Plan for Subsidy Lock-In
PMEGP subsidy stays in a TDR for 3 years before adjusting against your loan. Factor this into your working capital planning.
Work With an Expert
An experienced consultant can match you to the right scheme, structure the project for maximum subsidy, and liaise with banks on your behalf.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the questions we hear most often from applicants.
The EMI calculation uses the standard reducing-balance formula used by all banks. Subsidy rates and caps follow official scheme guidelines. Actual sanction may vary based on the bank's appraisal, your credit profile and location.
Schemes like MUDRA, MSME and Startup India do not offer a direct capital subsidy. Instead, they provide collateral-free loans, credit guarantees, interest subvention or tax benefits — which are reflected in the scheme info strip.
A moratorium is a holiday period after disbursement during which you don't pay EMI. Interest still accrues during this time and is added to your loan. A longer moratorium means lower early outflow but higher total repayment.
Yes — use the "Business Loan" option to calculate a plain term loan EMI. For specialised schemes (state-level subsidies, Mudra Tarun Plus, etc.), contact our consultants for a tailored estimate.
Yes. Subsidy reduces the bank loan component, which directly lowers your EMI. In PMEGP, the subsidy is kept in a TDR for 3 years, so the EMI initially is calculated on the full loan and adjusted after the lock-in.
It depends on your sector, category, location, project size and existing business stage. Use the comparison table above, then speak to our consultants for a personalised recommendation.
